Service Description

Print Copy Scan (PCS)
We provide print services and optimization for department and non-public areas used by faculty or staff. In consultation with our print services team, you can select a supported multifunction device for your department. We also provide assistance for non-supported devices so long as they meet our baseline standard for usage tracking and accounting.

Optimized services are provided by Xerox field agents who, based on evaluation, will determine how to best meet your department print needs.

Response Time
We make a best effort to respond to requests within our business hours. Incidents or issues are prioritized according to their urgency and impact to the campus community. In addition, we proactively monitor our device supply levels so that we can refill them as soon as they are low.
