Service Overview

SacCT is the university's learning management system (LMS). It is used by faculty to deliver online and hybrid courses to students. Through SacCT, students have the ability to take quizzes, participate in discussion boards, or submit assignments online.

Currently, Sacramento State is seeking a next generation LMS to manage and deliver online course content. See our Next Generation LMS Evaluation page for more information.

Getting Started

To access SacCT, do one of the following:

Sign in with your SacLink account at
Sign in to your My Sac State portal and click the My SacCT (Blackboard).


If you are a faculty member, Academic Technology and Creative Services (ATCS) offers SacCT training and consultation. Please contact 916-278-3370 or schedule an appointment.

If you are a student and require training, you can do one of the following:

Drop in Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
