Issue with accessing Student, Faculty, or Employee Center

Some campus community members are unable to access their Student, Faculty, or Employee Center due to a cookies or sign-in error.

Issue

Campus community members are not able to access the following services:

  • Student Center
  • Faculty Center
  • Employee Center

If you are experiencing this issue, you may also receive an error message about "multiple cookies" or a "PeopleSoft Sign-In Error."

Cause

The internal URL for the Student, Faculty, and Employee Centers was changed on 9/29 for security reasons. Although you should have been redirected to the new URL, this may not be the case if your browser is attempting to access the previous URL from its cache and cookies.

Solution

You can fix this issue by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Exact procedures vary from browser to browser, so please refer to the article, Clearing your browser's cache and cookies, for instructions.
